Entrance hall, main bedroom, fully furnished with double bed, television, video, wardrobe, dressing table, clock and radio.
Adjoining room with shower, wash-basin and toilet, heated towel-rail and fan heater.
Bedroom fully furnished with single bed. Cot available on request.
Superb views over fields and valley.
First floor
Open plan with polished solid oak floor, exposed roof-trusses and large Velux roof lights.
Views over court-yard parking one side, and over valley to St Buryan church to the east.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with all modern equipment, including electric cooker, washing/ drier, dish-washer, micro-wave as is the dining area and the lounge, with colour television and easy chairs.
General
Heating is electric, for ease of use, with off-peak storage heating. Parking is outside front door, in courtyard. There is a picnic area with garden chairs and superb views for your private use.
